During Apple ‘s Q3 2019 conference, Tim Cook confirmed that the  Apple Card will be launched in August.

We reported for the first time that the Apple Card would be launched in August last week. Users will be able to register for the card via the Wallet app in iOS 12.4.

Cook did not provide a specific launch date in August, so it could arrive at any time. The Apple Card will initially be available in the United States and it is not clear when it could be distributed in more countries.

During the conference, Cook reiterated that Apple employees are testing the Apple Card. Reports have suggested that the card is being tested by Apple employees and Goldman Sachs employees.
