Ever since the first iPhone, the feature that characterized the iOS Lockscreen has always been the “slide to unlock”.Apple had become a symbol, and even merchandising object with mats, T-shirts and more.
With the iOS 10 “Slide to Unlock” will no longer exist because it has been replaced by a Home button.
It must be said that with all the devices with Touch ID, the slide to unlock had become quite useless because users were already used to unlock the phone by simply placing your finger on the Home button, or to turn on the display and the recognition of ‘footprint, however, the most nostalgic the Slide to Unlock, as desired by Steve Jobs, will be missed.
