Future Apple Silicon 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models will go into mass production in the second half of this year.

For some time, the well-known analyst Kuo has said that Apple will soon release two new models of MacBook Pro from 14 and 16 inches with Apple Silicon chips and a new report confirms these rumors.

According to Nikkei Asia , in fact, Apple has rescheduled the start of production of the two new machines initially scheduled for May or June. The report refers to the notebooks as “MacBook,” but it is likely to refer to the aforementioned MacBook Pro models.

The second half of the year starts in July, so there should still be plenty of time for the company’s suppliers to prepare for a launch later in the year.

According to Kuo, the two future MacBook Pros will feature mini-LED displays, a redesigned chassis, MagSafe charging technology, an HDMI port and an SD card reader, while the Touch Bar will be replaced by physical function keys.
