Foldable iPhone
Well-known analyst Kuo believes that if Apple solves key folding device technology and mass production challenges this year, it could launch a 7.5-8-inch foldable iPhone by 2023 .
Lately, several reports have suggested that the company is working hard on this type of device. Some expect Apple to release the device in late 2022, while Kuo says the foldable iPhone will only arrive in 2023. Additionally, the Cupertino giant is rumoured to have worked with Samsung and LG on foldable OLED display technology.
IPhone 11 successor
Kuo also predicts that Apple will discontinue the iPhone 11 at the end of 2022 and that the device will be replaced by a new model in the first half of 2023 with a lower price of $ 600.
The analyst says the replacement will be equipped with Face ID, a 6-inch screen, and will support 5G network.
