Over the last few months there has been much talk of the possible new hardware and software of the iPhone 7 , such as stereo speakers. A few hours ago, MacOtakara has published a new report which confirms many of these voices, including that concerning the presence of a thinner Lightning port and the lack of a 3.5mm port for headphones.
The site reports that the new smartphone from Apple will not present the bands for the antenna on the back and the camera will be flush with the body. The report also points out that the iPhone 7 will have stereo speakers , taking up an indiscretion of February beginning of Barclays .
Last September, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo published a report in which it claims that the iPhone 7 will have a thickness close to 6.1 mm iPod Touch (therefore thinner than the last iPhone). MacOtakara agrees with this rumor, stating that the next top-of-range of Apple might be a millimeter thinner than the iPhone 6s (7,1mm).
MacOtakara reiterates once again that the iPhone 7 should not have a door to the headphone jack , which will be replaced by a door Lightning all-in-one . The site claims that it will be thinner than that found on iOS smartphone currently on the market, but nevertheless will be compatible with existing Lightning cable .
A Chinese source, through the site Weibo , said last September that the iPhone 7 will be waterproof, thanks to the use of new materials. MacOtakara however denies this rumor, stating that the device is not waterproof and you’ll be using the same type of aluminum 6s iPhone.
According to various publications, Apple will implement a dual-lens camera on the iPhone 7 Pro to distinguish it from the iPhone 7. For MacOtakara , the second will have for sure a dual lens system, but reserves some doubts about the Plus version. According MyDrivers , Apple could even submit a third version of the iPhone 7, or ‘ iPhone Pro ‘. According to Chinese website this will be an iPhone 7 Plus, but with the aforementioned dual-lens camera, which instead will not be present on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
