Early benchmarks for the new iPad Air 2 reveal that the device features a 3-core 1.5GHz A8X processor and 2GB of RAM.
Primate Labs posted early benchmarks for the new device to Twitter noting that, “iPad Air 2 with a 3-core processor is the fastest multi-core iOS device by a large margin.”
iPhoneBenchmark.net also posted memory mark benchmarks for the device which revealed a memory size of ~1987MB.
