Apple will promote organ donation , with the launch scheduled for the autumn of iOS 10 . The Cupertino company, in fact, with the new iOS version will include within its application Health a button to register as an organ donor . The new functionality should be available initially only in the US.

Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO, said that the company’s intention is to help improve the availability of organs for those who need it, also making a reference agonizing expectation of Steve Jobs, Apple’s co-founder, for a liver transplant in 2009.

The new logging feature is not included in the current iOS beta 10, but there are still several months to September, during which, almost certainly, the software will be released to the public.

This, however, could be one of the novelties of the second beta of IOS 10 , which is “late” compared to traditional release cycles. In this regard, it is very likely that the beta 2 is released in the day today. We
