Apple is really very fast to integrate the new Emoji in their iPhone, thanks to timely software updates and fast adoption by users. iOS 12.1 will see the introduction of many new emojis but the Unicode consortium is definitely ahead and already shows us an anticipation of what will be the Emoji 12.0, or those that will be available from 2019 and that we will probably only see in iOS 13.

Among the new Emojis, we find a sloth, a kite, a pink flamingo, a diving mask with a snorkel, an ax and a growing integration and equity with a wheelchair or people of the same sex holding hands. There will also be a white and a brown heart and the various skin colors will be added to those emojis that currently exist only in yellow (like the handshake).

In the Emoji 12.0, we will find the concept of an extended family. It starts from a father, mother and child to a single mother with two children or two dads.

This is only an anticipation, the new Emoji of the 12.0 package will be much more when they are completed.
