Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman confirms that the biggest change to the Apple Watch Series 7 will be the new flat-edged design with larger displays.

Not just new design with flat edges and larger displays. Apple Watch Series 7 models will feature new watch faces specially designed for the new 41mm and 45mm displays  .

In his latest “Power On” newsletter, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reiterated recent rumors suggesting that, thanks to smaller bezels and a flat design, the upcoming Apple Watch will feature larger cases .

Compared to the current 40mm and 44mm sizes, Series 7 will be offered in 41mm and 45mm variants. Gurman says Apple plans to take advantage of the larger screen with specially designed new watch faces .

The new watch faces will be a Series 7 exclusive and will not be available via a software update on previous models.

Finally, Gurman reveals that no new sensors and / or health-related features will arrive on the Series 7. According to the reporter, in fact, the next major improvement will come next year in the form of a body temperature sensor .
