Apples 4-inch smartphone has found some success. In the future, there are no further updates of the device, as customers prefer to have a larger display.

According to the respected Chinese analyst Pan Jiutang, Apple would not be interested to update the iPhone SE 4-inch. What is the future of this device?

Apple has taken the iPhone 5s design, adding various hardware components of the iPhone 6s, creating the much-loved iPhone SE. This compact device 4-inch has nothing to envy to other Apple top smartphone range. In September, you will receive the update to the iPhone with  iOS 11, which will be fully supported and compatible with all features except 3D Touch. future remains uncertain, however, because Apple is no longer interested in making smartphones so small.

According to the report released by Pan Jiutang, customers are no longer interested in the smartphone of its size. Many other manufacturers, as well as Apple itself, are focusing on large screens. Just this year Apple is expected to present the iPhone 8, with a 5.8 “screen into a 4.7” compact design similar to the current iPhone 7. Although many users were happy to be able to use a smartphone like the iPhone SE for its size, this trend is expected to decrease significantly in the future.

Currently there is no new iPhone SE in Apple’s plans, although in the future may surprise us with a more compact smartphone, perhaps with another design.

What do you think? You are comfortable with your iPhone SE? Would you like to see a new smartphone with this size, perhaps with a edge-to-edge screen?
