The company may decide to remove all accessories from the packaging of future iPhones.

Earlier this year, before the announcement of the iPhone 12, Apple interviewed some users to find out if they were using the USB power adapter that came in the iPhone box. Following that survey, the company removed the accessory from the packaging of its devices.

The company is once again asking their consumers’ opinion, this time to find out if they are happy with the Face ID and if they are using the USB cable that comes with each device .

As for the accessories in the box, the company is asking users if they use the accessories that came with the devices, including the charging cable, the SIM removal tool and the stickers. This suggests that Apple may decide to remove all accessories from the packaging of future iPhone models.

Moving on to Face ID, the survey asks if the user is satisfied with the experience offered and, if the answer is no, there are some alternatives to share the details with Apple:

  • Security or privacy concerns
  • I don’t like having to pick up the phone to use Face ID
  • Slow performance
  • Doesn’t detect my face in all situations (such as low light, different angles, lying down, sunglasses)
  • I prefer Touch ID
  • Not reliable; does not always unlock the iPhone
  • Other
  • I’m not sure

This survey further fuels rumors that iPhone 13 models will feature under-screen Touch ID .
