Through a new patent just approved, we can understand that Apple intends to improve the user experience with Apple Watch, starting from its weak point: the battery life.
Apple has created a new form that can be used both with new specially designed straps, both with the current Apple Watch to recharge the battery “on-the-go”, even while the user is wearing the watch.
The idea, basically, is to create very small “portable batteries” such as those that we are now accustomed to use with smartphones. These modules would complement a magnetic connector, to be positioned under the clock, even while it is on the wrist.
Alternatively, another idea sees the integration of these modules into new straps that keep the comparison with smartphones, it would function as a sort of Smart Battery Cover.
