Strategy Analytics has unveiled another interesting fact concerning Apple. In the 5G smartphone market , the biggest “piece of the cake” is from the Cupertino company.
The latest data from Strategy Analytics reveals that in the third quarter of 2021 , Apple shipped more 5G smartphones than the competition. About a quarter of the total, globally. Behind the Cupertino giant, in this order, Xiaomi, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Honor and Realme.
Apple’s first 5G smartphone was iPhone 12 in 2020, followed in 2021 by iPhone 13 . In 2022, iPhone 14 will be added and – perhaps – also the third generation iPhone SE.
