Apple today unveiled a redesigned iPad Air with thinner bezels, paving the way for a full-screen design similar to recent iPad Pro models
Apple officially unveiled the new iPad Air 4 , bringing a completely new design with an edge-to-edge display.
The new iPad Air features a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display with wide color P3 , True Tone, and laminated coating . The Touch ID is located in the Power button.
The new Air model also offers a “huge leap in performance” thanks to the brand new A14 Bionic processor . “The first in the industry to use breakthrough 5nm technology,” says Apple. The CPU is 40% faster , GPU performance is improved by 30 %, machine learning performance is also improved thanks to a new neural engine.
The iPad Air 4 features an iPad Pro-like design with a 10.9-inch display with a resolution of 2360×1640 with full lamination, a wide P3 color gamut, True Tone and anti-reflective coating. It also has USB-C support .
Five colors are available, including the new Rose Gold, Green and Sky Blue finish. The new Air model will be available from October at a price of € 599.
