Reliable analyst Kuo reveals the possible launch date of the new AirPods Pro 2.
According to Kuo, the AirPods Pro 2 will be released in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The analyst therefore says that the second generation of the AirPods Pro will be launched in the last quarter of 2022. Previous reports have suggested that the Cupertino company will release the new headphones next year, but Kuo has now specified that they will arrive in Q4 2022.
The AirPods Pro 2 will feature a completely new design that eliminates the short stem in favor of a Beats Fit Pro-like design.
Additionally, the earbuds are expected to feature fitness tracking capabilities using built-in sensors and a new chip that improves connectivity with Apple devices.
