A famous leaker, posted on Twitter an image showing the supposed OLED display of the iPhone 12.

Today, a new image posted on Twitter by famed learker Mrwhite  shows the alleged OLED display that will be  used on iPhone 12 models .

It is difficult to discern too many details from the image itself as well as from the accompanying tweet: “ OLED screen for iPhone 12 “. Furthermore, we cannot understand either the display size or the notch size, but compared to the images of an iPhone 11 Pro display, in this new unit the display connector is located at the bottom of the display, rather than on the left side. like on ‌iPhone 11 Pro‌.

This could be due to the logic board being moved to the opposite side of the device. Earlier this year, rumors claimed Apple would move the logic board to new iPhone models in order to accommodate the 5G antenna module ‌. Due to this change, it is expected that the SIM tray will also be moved to the left side of the device below the volume button.

Apple is expected to release four new iPhone 12 models this year with 5G connectivity and OLED displays. The iPhone 12 will be available in 5.4-inch and 6.1-inch screen sizes, while the iPhone 12 Pro will be available in 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch screen sizes. Since today’s image does not mention “Pro”, it’s possible that the display pictured here is for the 5.4-inch or 6.1-inch iPhone 12.
