In 2019, Apple CEO Tim Cook gifted former President Donald Trump with the first 2019 Mac Pro manufactured at the Texas factory.

In 2019, Apple held an event at one of its facilities in Austin, Texas, where the company has been assembling Mac Pro since 2013. On that occasion, Tim Cook invited former President Donald Trump to announce that the next generation of Mac Pro it would also be assembled in the United States.

However, the latest financial report shared by the Trump administration reveals that the former US president received the first Mac Pro produced at the plant as a gift from Tim Cook .

The report briefly describes the gift as a “Mac Pro Computer, the first created at the Flex Factory in Austin, Texas, worth $ 5,999.”

During the event, Apple’s CEO said he was “proud” to build the new ‌Mac Pro‌ in the United States.

Finally, Apple continues to manufacture Mac Pros in the United States, although models sold in other countries are still assembled in China.
