Once again, Samsung removes a post in which it made fun of Apple.
Following reports that Samsung will remove the charger from the packaging of the upcoming Galaxy S21, the South Korean company deleted the Facebook post in which it mocked Apple for removing the accessory from the packaging of the iPhone 12 .
Immediately after the end of the “Hi, Speed” event, Samsung, along with other suppliers such as Xiaomi, mocked Apple for choosing to remove the accessories from the packaging of the new iPhone 12 models, posting a photo of its charger with the caption “Included with your Galaxy”.
Apple has touted the environmental benefits of no longer including EarPods or a power supply with iPhone, noting that the move reduces carbon emissions and avoids the extraction and use of rare earth elements. As a result, the iPhone 12 models ship in a thinner box, with Apple claiming that it can hold 70% more iPhone boxes on a single pallet when shipping.
