According to a new report, sales of the new iPhone line will spit out those recorded by the iPhone 6 range.

According to the Economic Daily News, Taiwanese operators believe that sales of the iPhone 12 models will far exceed those of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.

To keep up with the strong demand for the devices, the publication says Apple’s suppliers, Foxconn and Pegatron, are offering greater bonuses to assembly line workers. Pre-orders for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro began on Friday, while those for the 12 mini and 12 Pro Max will begin on  November 6.

Meanwhile, the two models currently available for pre-order are experiencing tremendous success, with some devices only arriving in November due to the high number of orders.

Introduced in 2014, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus were hugely popular due to their larger 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch displays, helping Apple sell at a record 135.6 million iPhones in the two quarters since. launch of devices. However, the company stopped disclosing unit sales after fiscal 2018, so the sales figures for the new devices will be estimates.

Key features of the iPhone 12 models include a new flat-edged design, 5G support, a faster A14 Bionic chip, improved cameras, stronger front glass, and new MagSafe accessories that magnetically attach to the back of the devices.
