The recent rumors and leaks, and the video leaked on the web before the presentation have allowed us to know the two devices before the time, but now the South Korean tech giant has unveiled to the world its new top of the range. Design
The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 + have a Super AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 18.5: 9, which offers a cinematic vision. The ‘standard’ model has a 5.8 “display (570ppi), while the 6.2” Plus model (529ppi). The South Korean company opted for its new speaker smartphones developed by AKG, integrated with Dolby Atmos, which guarantee a pure surround experience with a powerful and crystalline sound.
Galaxy S9 and S9 + have a beautiful design created to fit comfortably in the hands of users. The camera is integrated evenly into the back, for a smoother surface. The fingerprint sensor is instead positioned ergonomically, to unlock your smartphone with a single and simple gesture.
Camera
The Double Focal Opening is extremely versatile and works just like the human eye. It adapts to any type of brightness, from intense to poor, from F 2.4 to F 1.5. Immortalize your evenings with surprisingly bright photos. Thanks to the F1.5 aperture mode and Multiframe Noise Reduction technology, the rear camera lets you take night shots with defined detail and more realistic colors without the need for retouching.
Super Slow Motion
Record at an incredible speed: 960 frames per second, four times faster than the main smartphones! Thanks to the ultra high-speed sensor you can take out the director that is in you by adding the Super Slow Motion function to the video or highlighting a single moment. Also, with the Motion Detection function turned on, the camera will start recording at 960FPS when you want. The Super Slow Motion function supports only HD resolution.
Create super-appealing videos in Super Slow Motion, and share them with your friends. Add music to your video via a selection of pre-loaded songs, or choose a song directly from your playlist. You can also make it into a GIF with three styles of loop playback: reverse, forward or swing.
Optical image stabilization
Capture every little detail, every shadow, every reflection, without blur, thanks to the optical image stabilization (OIS). For images that are always clear, even when in motion.
Live focus on bokeh filters
Your subjects will come to the fore when you use Live focus. Then use the bokeh filters to change the background lights and create different shapes, adding a lively touch to the photo. Get ready to customize your shots making them unique. Live focus with bokeh filters is only available on the Galaxy S9 + rear camera.

Smart Scan
Unlock your phone in comfort with Smart Scanning that combines facial recognition with iris scanning. When the face recognition is not enough, the iris scan (and vice versa) comes into play, to verify your identity. In this way,

Resistance to water and dust
Protect contents thanks to resistance to water and dust. Do not be afraid to go out and get wet: Galaxy S9 and S9 + are IP68 certified. Water resistance is based on immersion testing conditions up to 1.5 meters of fresh water, for a maximum of 30 minutes. Rinse off residues / dry the device if wet.
Wireless charging
Just twisted cables when you need to recharge your smartphone. Place it on the wireless charger and power it in peace. And since the charging base supports the smartphone at a convenient angle, you can continue to write or watch streaming videos.

Availability and prices
The pre-order for the new Galaxy S9 and S9 + is already available. Speaking instead of prices, the new top-of-the-range Samsung will be available for the Italian market respectively to € 899 and € 999. A higher launch price than the previous generation, but widely announced by the most recent leaks.
Galaxy S9 and S9 + will be available in Italy in three colors: Midnight Black, Lilac Purple, and Coral Blue. Doubt instead of the Titanium Gray version, which may not arrive in our country.
