Here’s the first information we have about the upcoming iPhone 14: There will be 4 models, two 6.1-inch and two 6.7-inch. Two will be the least powerful and less expensive versions, still with the Notch, and two the most expensive and performing versions with the new punch-hole camera

Although well in advance, the 9to5mac site has already stated that it has come into possession of exclusive information related to the iPhone 14 family.

Apple’s next smartphone is scheduled for September and according to rumors 4 iPhone 14 models will be released, and among these there will be no “mini” version.

The iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 13 Mini have not achieved great success and for this reason Apple will eradicate them.

With the iPhone 14 we will have 4 models, composed like this:

  • iPhone 14 – With 6.1-inch screen (codename D27)
  • iPhone 14 Max – With 6.7-inch screen (codename D28)

Basically the Mini model will be replaced with a Max model and the screens will be exactly the same diagonal size that we are used to seeing with the iPhone 12/13 Pro and 12/13 Pro Max.

These two iPhone 14 models will still have the same Notch on the “13” models and will still feature the A15 Bionic chip with 1 extra GPU core and 6GB of RAM. Apple could rename this slightly boosted chip to A15X.

  • iPhone 14 Pro – With 6.1-inch screen (codename D73)
  • iPhone 14 Pro Max – With 6.7-inch screen (codename D74)

These two Pro models will feature a brand new Apple chip (probably A16 or M1) and will have a redesigned Notch with punch-hole camera, which is a hole in the center of the screen, as we have seen in the various concepts of previous articles.
