Among the new features of iOS 9 there is also the option to upload a file online through Safari, from a wider choice of services.
While iOS 8 we can only choose the Photo Library of the device with iOS 9 we can add a file from iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive, and so on. The menu is dynamic and can be enhanced by installing other storage applications of which are contained within our files.
