Case maker Olixar has released a new detailed rendering of the iPhone 11 Max case, which offers more details on the new camera bump, redesigned mute switch and more.

The images of the Olixar case, which are kindly provided by the British retailer Mobile Fun, show the iPhone 11 Max in gold. On the back, you can see the new triple camera enclosed in a new square spine . It is said that Apple will use a new rear glass design with the iPhone 11 Max that would consist of a single piece of glass, which will also cover the camera bump. This change is difficult to detect in rendering, though.

The images also show a redesigned mute switch that moves up and down instead of left and right. It also features a round design compared to the rectangular design of the current switch. This is probably a design decision that saves space to account for the new camera hardware on the back.

In terms of connectivity, the images confirm that this year’s iPhone will be available with Lightning connectivity instead of USB-C. It is possible, however, that Apple includes a Lightning to USB-C cable in the package, as well as a more powerful 18W adapter .

Other rumours of new features for this year’s iPhone include bilateral wireless charging , larger batteries and more.
