Apple released the first public version of IOS 9 September 16. Today, after a few days of release,
it comes the iOS version 9.0.1 which fixes several bugs of the previous version.
The version 9.0.1 of iOS , simply resolves several bugs reported by users in the days after the release. The update is possible to do it directly from your device , by accessing the Settings, General, Software Update. The weight of the update is a few megabytes, so you can download it and install it in a few minutes.

Fixing a problem where some users were not able to complete the setup process assisted after upgrade
Solving a problem for which sometimes alarms and timers could not play
Solving a problem in Safari and Photos for which pausing a video frame of the paused could be distorted
Fixing a problem where some users with a customized configuration via APN profile could lose cellular data
