For a few minutes, Apple has released iOS 12.1.3 beta 2 for developers that immediately follows the release of 12.1.2 in which the problems with Qualcomm’s patents and a multitasking animation for Chinese iPhones have been resolved.
It was released directly as a beta 2 because Apple had to increase the number that had previously been designated for iOS 12.1.2, which had an unexpected release, anticipating the expected times.
For now we have not noticed any differences but we will update this article with all the possible changes.
