According to the latest information shared by Jon Prosser, we have the dates of the next Apple event linked to the presentation of the iPhone 12, the start of pre-orders and the actual sale
Jon Prosser has just launched a new tweet with the leaks concerning the new iPhone 12. In particular, this time the date of the Apple event, the date of the pre-orders and the start of sales are revealed.
Let’s proceed in order, the next Apple event , according to Prosser, should be held on October 13 , a Tuesday.
The pre-orders of the new devices will not start immediately after the event but on October 16th , a Friday, just like they usually do.
Shipments and actual in-store sales will start on October 23, exactly one week later, and this date is also a Friday.
Apple is very keen to release new products on Friday, so that they can have the first weekend sales statistics that usually hit record results.
Prosser has never made a mistake on the news related to Apple, only once he made a mistake, thinking that the launch of Apple Watch 6 and iPad Air would take place through a press release instead of on that day a press release arrived to announce the Time Flies event. Something was boiling in the pot for that day anyway, so let’s just consider it a “half” mistake.
In all likelihood the month of October will be quite busy with the event scheduled for the 13th, pre-orders on the 16th and sales on the 23rd.
There will be 4 new iPhone models:
- iPhone 12 Mini
- iPhone 12
- iPhone 12 Pro
- iPhone 12 Pro Max
We have already listed them in ascending price order. The mini will be a reinterpretation of the SE model, with a compact design, a 5.4-inch screen, and no Home button that will finally be abandoned entirely in favor of the Notch. According to our editorial team, this model could have Touch ID on the power button and not integrate Face ID, to make it even cheaper.
Lines up with the dates I have you last month ?
