The new iPhone and iPhone 8 Plus cameras are really great. They can record in 4K at 60fps or in slow motion at 1080p and 240fps.
In a new video, the Fstoppers photoblog wanted to test the video recording capabilities of the iPhone X, comparing recordings with a Panasonic GH5 4K professional camera.
This camera has 20 MP and costs about $ 2000 without lenses. The result seen “side by side” with that generated by the iPhone X is impressive.
Of course, the camera offers the best results but the iPhone X goes very close and in some cases, when there is much light or slow motion, it offers better colors and contrasts. The professional camera, as it is, is undoubtedly better than the stabilizer, shooting with less light and zooming.
The blog promotes the ratings of the iPhone X. Obviously, it does not offer the same results as the GH5 but it does shoot spectacularly for a smartphone. We leave you to the movie:
