Apple has confirmed that it will soon be fixing the Unlock with Apple Watch bug. An iOS 15 update is close to release.

As many will know, it is possible to unlock your iPhone with Face ID even if you are wearing a mask . Like? With Apple Watch.

This is a very useful feature introduced by Apple during the COVID-19 pandemic , but which at the moment does not seem to work correctly on the iPhone 13 models that have just arrived on the market.

The problem was encountered by many users and the reports arrived in the offices of the Cupertino company. Well, after a few days of silence, Apple has published a new support document in this regard .

For the moment, Apple suggests to those affected by the aforementioned problem to disable the Unlock with Apple Watch function (Settings> Face ID and passcode) and to rely solely on the “traditional” unlock code . At least until the upcoming release of a software update that will solve the annoying inconvenience.
