The trusted analyst reveals some interesting details about the iPhone 2022 lineup. Will we have to wait another year to see a substantial upgrade to the iPhone range?

There are still a few months left from the launch of the new iPhone 2021 models (iPhone 12s or iPhone 13), but despite this the reliable analyst Kuo reveals some features that could arrive on the iPhone 2022 range (iPhone 14).

It now seems certain that this year we will not see a substantial update of the iPhone range. Among the most relevant innovations we should find more capacious batteries and image stabilization with sensor shift on all 4 models, while the Pros will also be equipped with an OLED screen with an update frequency up to 120Hz . As for the design, however, no big news, except a slightly smaller notch.

Slightly different speech regarding the iPhone 14 models. According to the analyst, in fact, some of these devices will be equipped with a fingerprint sensor under the display . Beyond that, Kuo says the iPhone 2022 line will consist of 4 models: two 6.1-inch and two 6.7-inch. 2021, therefore, could be the last year in which Apple will release a 5.4-inch iPhone.

The two 6.1 and 6.7-inch Pro models will also be equipped with a 48-megapixel wide-angle camera .

Finally, Kuo reveals that the low-end 6.7-inch iPhone 14 model may cost less than $ 900, but it won’t come with some features, like under-display Touch ID, to offset the cost.
