Netflix has announced a small but important improvement in the official application which is now available for Android while in a few days it will also arrive on iOS.
Have you ever started the offline download of a movie or a TV series and not be able to see it because the download does not complete?
An underperforming connection or problems during the download can keep it stalled for a long time and during this process it is impossible to watch the linked video. However, things have changed : basically with this update it is possible to play the film or series even while the download is in progress, before the latter ends completely and without interrupting it.
You will avoid error and traffic limit pop-ups and the user experience will be much better. The tests on the iPhone have already started, we will have to wait a little longer.
